Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to the return policy.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Kathastu Studio offers returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Item must be in original packaging

Non-returnable items may include:

• customized garments

• worn or damaged products

Return shipping costs may apply depending on location.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• refunds will be processed within 3 days.

• refund will be issued to the original payment method.
